Billing Executive

Job Description (JD)We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to handle billing operations, invoicing, and payment coordination while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and generate invoices, bills, and receipts accurately and on time.
• Verify billing details, pricing, taxes, and discounts as per company norms.
• Maintain billing records and update data in the system/software.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for billing-related queries.
• Follow up with customers regarding invoices and pending payments.
• Handle GST billing and basic tax-related documentation (if applicable).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of billing documents.
• Required Skills & Competencies:Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Basic to good computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, email).
• Understanding of invoices, GST, and billing processes (preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle workload pressure.
