Anu Provisions, a well-established Super Market in Nayak Layout, JP Nagar 8th Phase, is hiring for the position of Billing Executive.

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage our retail billing counter. You will be responsible for scanning products, handling cash and digital payments, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Operations: Accurate scanning of grocery items and housewares; generating final invoices using the store's billing system.
• Payment Collection: Handling transactions via cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI/NFC mobile payments.
• Inventory Support: Assisting with stock replenishment and updating inventory records as needed.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly and resolving queries or complaints regarding billing discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining daily sales reports and coordinating with management for accounts reconciliation.
