Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Accountant to manage billing operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts. The ideal candidate should be strong in tallying, data accuracy, and proficient in Excel for reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process invoices accurately in a timely manner
• Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly tallying of accounts
• Reconcile sales, payments, and outstanding receivables
• Track and follow up on pending payments with internal teams
• Ensure all entries are correctly recorded in accounting software (Tally)
• Prepare basic MIS reports using Excel
• Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams for accurate billing
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
