Job Title:BMS Installation & Configuration Technician

Job Description:Responsible for the installation, wiring, and configuration of Building Management System (BMS) components, including control panels, controllers, sensors, and field devices. Perform on-site system setup, calibration, and functional testing to ensure proper integration and operation of HVAC and electrical equipment. Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning activities to deliver efficient and reliable building automation systems.

• Key Responsibilities:Install and wire BMS control panels, controllers, and field devices.
• Configure and test sensors, actuators, and control modules.
• Calibrate system inputs and outputs for accurate performance.
• Perform functional and communication checks (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
• Read and interpret electrical and control drawings.
• Troubleshoot wiring, signal, and network issues.
• Support engineers during commissioning and handover.
• Maintain proper documentation and site reports.
