Role: Massage Therapist

Location: Bangalore – Basaveshwar Nagar

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, etc.) tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and aestheticians for post-treatment relaxation therapies.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and prepare treatment rooms with premium-quality products.
• Understand client concerns and recommend appropriate massage therapies for wellness and recovery.
• Ensure a calm and luxurious experience in line with The Aesthetic Co.’s brand ethos.
• Stay updated with new massage trends and techniques in aesthetic and wellness industries.

Requirements

• Certification/Diploma in Massage Therapy or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury spa or clinic settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism with high-profile clientele.
