Boiler Operator

Job Description: 

1.Position: “Boiler Operator”

2.Education: Diploma / ITI with 1st or 2nd class Boiler certificate

3.No of years of exp: 3-5 in FO/LDO/HSD Oil fired boilers

      Roles & Responsibilities

·      Operations and Maintenance of Furnace Oil / HSD / LDO fired Boilers of capacity 3 TPH to 6 TPH

·      Monitoring and Maintaining Boiler operating parameters

·      Able to understand the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

·      Logbook Entries as per SOP

·      Co-ordination with vendors for AMC works

·      Carrying shutdown works for annual inspection of Boilers for renewal process.

·      Attending regular SOP Trainings and Safety Trainings

·      Focussing on continual improvements and value-added services.

·      Awareness on SOP, GMP & GDP.
