Job Summary:

The Driver cum Bouncer cum Admin Support is responsible for safe transportation of management/staff, ensuring security and discipline at office/site premises, and providing administrative support as required. The role requires physical fitness, alertness, confidentiality, and multitasking ability.

Key Responsibilities

🚗 Driver Responsibilities

Safely drive management and staff to meetings, sites, airports, and other locations.

Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, fuel checks, and timely servicing.

Maintain vehicle logbook (kilometers, fuel, service schedule).

Follow traffic rules and ensure safe driving practices.

Be available for flexible working hours when required.

🛡 Bouncer / Security Responsibilities

Ensure safety and security of management during visits and meetings.

Maintain discipline at office/site premises.

Handle unwanted visitors or conflicts professionally.

Monitor entry and exit of visitors when required.

Assist during events, site visits, or important meetings.

🗂 Admin Support Responsibilities

Assist in office administrative tasks as assigned.

Handle courier dispatch and document collection.

Support in vendor coordination and basic follow-ups.

Maintain files, records, and assist in basic office setup tasks.

Support during audits, meetings, and inspections.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements

Valid Driving License (LMV mandatory).

Minimum X years of driving experience (preferably with senior management).

Physically fit and well-built personality.

Basic knowledge of administration and office coordination.

Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred).

Trustworthy, disciplined, and punctual.

Ability to handle confidential matters responsibly.
