BPO Telecaller

We are hiring Tele callers (DRO) for our BPO division. The position holder will be responsible to achieve collection targets on monthly basis by making calls to the customers who’s monthly instalments (EMI) is due or who have not paid the instalments on due date, explaining the consequences of not paying on time, providing payment options as per the process and follow up till the time the due instalment is cleared.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending dues or payments.
• Explain outstanding details clearly and professionally.
• Maintain customer records and update call status in the system.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for collections and call volume.
• Handle customer queries politely and ensure customer satisfaction.
