*Job Description* :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by reaching out to potential customers, promoting our services, and converting leads into enrollments

*Key Responsibilities* :

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote NEETSPHERE’s services.

- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.

- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products and services.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position NEETSPHERE’s services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
