Post: BPO Telecaller 📞💼
• Contact potential customers through outbound calls and explain company products/services clearly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new & existing clients 🤝
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions to close sales
• Follow up on leads and ensure proper coordination with internal teams
• Maintain daily call reports, lead data, and updates in CRM system
• Handle customer queries politely and escalate when required
Candidate Profile:
• Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate 🎓
• Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Telesales / Telecalling / BPO / Voice Process
• Freshers can also apply ✅
• Skills: Good communication & convincing skills 💬
