🚀 Immediate Openings – BPO Telecaller 🚀
• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats
• Provide timely solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Follow up on pending requests and escalate when needed
• Assist in onboarding new customers and explaining product features
