The Role at a GlanceAs an Outbound Associate, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your goal is to spark interest, qualify leads, and drive revenue through proactive outreach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProactive Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads/databases.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities; schedule appointments or demos for the senior sales team.
• Product Knowledge: Clearly explain our products/services and value propositions to potential clients.
• Database Management: Accurately update the CRM with call outcomes and customer details.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets).
• What We’re Looking ForExperience: 0–2 years of experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role (Freshers with great communication are welcome!).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English [and any other required language].
