📢 Job Opening – BPO Telecaller
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the Telecaller / Telesales role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers and introduce company products/services 📞
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales
• Understand customer requirements and provide the right solutions
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and handle basic queries 🤝
• Update call details, lead status, and daily reports in the CRM system
Candidate Profile:
🎓 Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
💼 Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Telecalling / Telesales / BPO
✅ Freshers are also welcome
💬 Skills: Good communication & convincing ability
🗣️ Languages: Hindi & English required
🎂 Age: 21 – 32 Years
