We are hiring for the Branch Managers – Direct Sales positions on priority.

 

Positions Available: 05

 

Location: Bangalore_Jayanagar / Bangalore_Indiranagar


CTC – 5.5 LPA to 7.25 LPA (Bases on their experience and current CTC)

 

Requirements of BM_Direct Sales

  • Age – below 40 years
  • Experience – Min 4 years of Life Insurance sales with 1-2 Years in Direct Sales.
  • Candidate should have good knowledge of Bangalore market
  • Current CTC – Candidate should be in the range of INR 4.5 to 5.0 lac (max salary) with the current organization.
  • Can be from Any Vertical fron Life Insurance Industry- Agency/ Direct/Banca.
  • Must be confident
  • Must have good communication skills and convincing power.


Life Insurance Sales - Branch Manager Job Description


The Life Insurance Sales - Branch Manager is responsible for managing the branch's sales activities, ensuring growth through effective sales strategies, and leading a team of Relationship Managers to achieve their targets. This role demands a thorough understanding of Life insurance products, sales processes, and compliance standards.


  • ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations and Sales of the branch office.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance Relationship Managers.
  • Evaluate the performance of Relationship Managers and provide regular feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Drive the branch to meet or exceed sales targets.


  • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and sales processes.
