Branch Manager

• As Branch Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the bank branch

• Managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service.

• You will be accountable for meeting branch targets, implementing operational policies, staffing, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

• Additionally, you will play a key role in coaching and developing your team to achieve performance goals and promoting branch services to enhance customer experience. Strong leadership, communication and decision making are essential for this role.

Experience: 8+ years

Should have Liability BM experience for minimum 2 + years

Preferred candidates profile: Banking Industry - Liability products only preferred
