Job Title: Branch Manager – Gold Loan (NBFC)

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee branch operations and drive business growth in the Gold Loan vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in NBFCs or financial services, with proven expertise in business development, sales, and branch management.

Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Drive business development and achieve sales targets for Gold Loan and third-party products (TPP).
• Supervise and mentor branch staff to ensure high productivity and performance.
• Handle customer service, loan documentation, KYC verification, and gold appraisal.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance branch profitability.
• Monitor collections, resolve customer queries, and ensure smooth loan disbursement.
• Ensure timely reporting and coordination with regional and head office teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Regular graduate from a recognized university or college.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in NBFC / Financial Services with mandatory experience in Gold Loan.
• Age: Below 40 years.
