Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

* Represent the company in business meetings, forums, and networking events 

* Drive business development initiatives in B2B and B2C segments 

* Build and manage strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction 

* Oversee driver acquisition including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding 

* Plan and execute driver training programs and ensure quality standards 

* Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure timely service delivery 

* Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management 

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues effectively
