1. Clinic Operations Management

• Manage daily operations of the clinic

• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (reception, therapists, doctors)

• Maintain clinic hygiene, treatment room readiness, and patient flow

2. Team Management

• Supervise staff including skin therapists, receptionists, and assistants

• Train staff on patient handling and clinic protocols

• Monitor staff performance and attendance

3. Patient Experience & Service

• Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction

• Handle patient complaints and resolve issues professionally

• Guide patients about treatments, packages, and services

4. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly clinic revenue targets

• Promote aesthetic treatments like laser hair removal, HydraFacial, PRP, and skin treatments

• Upsell treatment packages and skincare products

5. Appointment & Lead Management

• Monitor appointments, walk-ins, and consultation conversions

• Follow up with leads from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media inquiries

• Track patient follow-ups and retention

6. Inventory & Stock Management

• Manage stock of skincare products, consumables, and machines

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely orders

7. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily and monthly reports (sales, treatments, leads)

• Coordinate with clinic owner or management for performance updates
