Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Mentor – Operations Executive to lead and guide our backend operations team in planning, scheduling, and controlling daily pest control service activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive team performance and service excellence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMentor and train backend operations executives
• Plan and manage daily job scheduling and technician allocation
• Ensure efficient route planning and timely service delivery
• Monitor job completion, productivity, and service quality
• Handle escalations, urgent requests, and customer complaints
• Analyze MIS reports and improve operational performance
• Coordinate with field teams, customer support, and management
• Ensure compliance with safety and pest control regulations

• Required SkillsStrong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, or scheduling tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (Backend Business/Operations preferred)
• Experience in pest control / facility management / Any Backend Staff experieance.
• Prior team handling or mentoring experience preferred
