Job Title: Branch Coordinator

Job Description:

Calling our branches to escalate and resolve employee issues from start to finish and updating the concerned manager about ongoing problems.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Full-time position
• 5 working days per week
• Training will be provided
• Freshers are welcome
• No registration fee

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with branches to address employee concerns
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant manager
• Maintain accurate records of problems and resolutions
