SBI Branch Relationship Executive – Credit Card Sales (Job Description)Role OverviewA Branch Relationship Executive for credit card sales is responsible for promoting SBI credit cards to customers visiting the branch, generating leads, explaining card benefits, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new credit card customers.

• Key Responsibilities1. Customer InteractionApproach customers inside the SBI branch and understand their financial needs.
• Explain different SBI credit card features, benefits, fees, rewards, etc.
• Assist customers in choosing the right card based on their profile.
• 2. Sales & Lead GenerationGenerate leads from walk-in customers and existing bank customers.
• Achieve monthly credit card sales targets set by the branch or the bank partner.
• Maintain good follow-up with potential customers through calls and messages.
• 3. Documentation & ProcessingCollect required documents (KYC, income proof, application forms).
• Verify customer eligibility and ensure accurate application submission.
• Coordinate with backend credit team for quick approval.
• 4. Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with branch staff to get referrals.
• Provide regular updates to the branch manager on sales performance.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and post-sale support.
• Required SkillsGood communication in English and local language.
• Basic understanding of banking and credit card products.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with daily targets.
• QualificationsMinimum: 12th pass or Graduation (preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years in sales, preferably banking or credit card sales.
• Work EnvironmentWork inside SBI branch or field visits (if required).
• Coordinating with branch team, credit team, and customers.
• Day shift, target-based job.
