Job Title: Branch Sales Officer (BSO) / Branch Sales Manager (BSM) / Branch Manager (BM) MLAP Sales

Job Type :Full Time | Field Sales

Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore- Rajajinagar- BSM (10), Jayanagar -BSM (4),Whitefield (5),Indiranagar (10),Ramanagara(5),Kanakpura

Experience Required :-1 - 8 Years (Home loan/Relevant MLAP / LAP / Mortgage / Affordable Housing Sales)

CTC / Salary:

• BSM (Individual Contributor): Up to 4 LPA
• BM (Team Handling Role): Up to 7 LPA
• MLAP Sales: Up to 4.20 LPA
• Micro LAP: Up to 3.80 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Field sales of Home loan/Micro LAP (MLAP) / LAP products
• Lead generation through open market sourcing
• Sales through direct channels & connectors
• Customer acquisition and relationship management
• Coordinate documentation and login process
• Achieve monthly sales targets for Branch Manager (BM) Role
• Handle and manage a team of sales executives
• Drive productivity and business growth
• Monitor branch performance and target achievement

Eligibility Criteria

Age: Below 40 years

Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience:

• Home loan /MLAP / LAP / Mortgage / Affordable Housing sales experience
• Strong local market knowledge
• Field sales background is mandatory

For Micro LAP roles, DSA-only sourcing profiles can be avoided
