Experience Required
1 – 8 Years (Relevant MLAP / LAP / Mortgage / Affordable Housing Sales)
CTC / Salary
- BSM (Individual Contributor): Up to ₹4 LPA
- BM (Team Handling Role): Up to ₹7 LPA
- MLAP: Up to ₹4.20 LPA
- Micro LAP: Up to ₹3.80 LPA
⚠️ Inter / 12th pass with minimum 1 year BFSI sales experience – Max CTC ₹3.5 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities
- Field sales of Micro LAP / LAP products
- Lead generation through open market sourcing
- Sales via connectors & direct channels
- Customer acquisition and relationship management
- Documentation coordination & login process
- Achieve monthly sales targets for BM Role
- Handle and manage sales team
- Drive branch productivity and targets
Eligibility Criteria
Age: Below 40 years
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience:
- MLAP / LAP / Mortgage / Affordable Housing sales
- Strong local market knowledge
- Field sales background is mandatory
