Experience Required

1 – 8 Years (Relevant MLAP / LAP / Mortgage / Affordable Housing Sales)

CTC / Salary

• BSM (Individual Contributor): Up to ₹4 LPA
• BM (Team Handling Role): Up to ₹7 LPA
• MLAP: Up to ₹4.20 LPA
• Micro LAP: Up to ₹3.80 LPA

⚠️ Inter / 12th pass with minimum 1 year BFSI sales experience – Max CTC ₹3.5 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Field sales of Micro LAP / LAP products
• Lead generation through open market sourcing
• Sales via connectors & direct channels
• Customer acquisition and relationship management
• Documentation coordination & login process
• Achieve monthly sales targets for BM Role
• Handle and manage sales team
• Drive branch productivity and targets

Eligibility Criteria

Age: Below 40 years

Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience:

1. MLAP / LAP / Mortgage / Affordable Housing sales
2. Strong local market knowledge
3. Field sales background is mandatory
