Job Description
Role Summary
We’re looking for a Customer Experience / Brand Executive who blends empathy with execution.
You will be the frontline brand ambassador of Dr. Doodley — shaping how pet parents experience
us:
• At the clinic
• During home visits
• Through digital interactions
• During follow-ups and feedback

Key Responsibilities
Branding & Customer Experience
• Act as the voice and face of the brand in customer interactions
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with pet parents
• Resolve concerns quickly with empathy and clarity
• Ensure consistency across:
1. Clinic welcome experience
2. Digital communications
3. Home-visit interactions
4. Post-visit follow-ups
• Collect structured feedback and suggest CX improvements
• Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives
• Identify moments that can create “wow” experiences
Clinic Experience
• Welcome and assist pet parents with warmth and confidence
• Ensure smooth, well-managed check-in and check-out flows
• Coordinate effectively between doctors, paravets, and customers
• Support appointments, billing queries, and walk-ins
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and brand-aligned clinic environment
• Ensure in-clinic communication reflects Dr. Doodley’s tone and values
Home Visit Experience
• Accompany doctors/paravets for home visits when required
• Deliver a calm, professional, and reassuring presence in customer homes
• Guide pet parents through the consultation process
• Manage documentation, payments, and real-time updates
• Capture on-ground feedback and service insights
• Represent the Dr. Doodley brand consistently in the field
Operational Support
• Maintain accurate customer records and visit reports
• Coordinate home visit schedules efficiently
• Support CRM hygiene and follow-up tracking
• Flag recurring customer issues or experience gaps
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey
Branding Projections
