Hiring Bus Captains / Travel Executives for a reputed Smart Bus, Travel & Hospitality)Position

Work and Boarding point Location: Chandapura must speak fluent Telugu & English  

Other Locations and Langauge Requirements: Madiwala: Telugu - 5, Hindi - 5 openings

Chandapura: 5 - Telugu and 5 - Hindi openings

Majestic: 8 Tamil openings

Office and Interview Location: Madiwala, Bangalore

Work Schedule: Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 11:00 PM departures)

·  Approx. 12–14 hours per shift ( 6 hours up journye and 6 hours return journey)

·  Example: Start at 8 PM from Chandapura → travel halfway towards Hyderabad/Andhra Pradesh Route → switch buses at a common point → return to Madiwala by 7/8AM next morning.

If you start at 11pm from Chandapura travel half distance towards Hyderabad/AP route then change at a common point after travelling 6 hours journey then return to Chandapura next day morning by 10/11am.

Roles & Responsibilities·   

You will be tarvelling along with 40 passengers who booked tickets online, Ensure passenger hospitality and comfort throughout the journey clarifying their doubts or concerns if any and also provide onboard services like Wi-Fi, GPS updates, drinking water to build good rapport with passengers to Promote return journey tickets with discounts to earn incentives

· Ticket verification and assistance with boarding

·  Collect passenger feedback, reviews, and ratings ( Incentives paid)

·  Handle spot booking ticket sales onboard ( Incentives paid)

Bonus: after 2 months 4000/- paid + after 4th month 4000/- paid + after 6th month completion we pay 4000/-

Salary: Freshers: ₹17,000/month, Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month

Cleaning staff available to clean the toilets in the bus and to handle passenger luggage and also 1 or 2 drivers availble in the bus

Eligibility:

Age: 19–35 years max

· Education: SSC / ITI / Diploma / Intermediate / Any Degree

· Any one can apply Freshers and experienced 0 - 5 years. If Experience: Minimum 6 months in any customer interaction role or Sales, Customer Service, Store Incharge, floor supervisor, Hospitality, Front Office, Admin, or Supervisors, customer care, guest relations roles can be considered as relevant experience.

Required soft copy Documents: Aadhaar Card and PAN Card (both linked to bank account must )

bank passbook or cheque or 1 month bank statement, Highest education certificate.
