🗣 Language Requirements

• Majestic Boarding Point: English + Tamil / Telugu
• Electronic City, Chandapura, Attibele: Fluent Telugu + English
• Whitefield: English + Telugu
• Hebbal: English + Tamil (mandatory), Malayalam (optional)
• Candidates willing to relocate to nearby boarding points will also be considered.

📅 Shift Details

• Type: Full-time, Permanent (Night Shifts)
• Timing: Start between 7 PM – 11 PM, return next morning (10–12 hours round trip)
• Example: Login at 10 PM, return by 10–11 AM

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: ₹17,000/month + Incentives + Free Dinner
• Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month (with relevant experience in travel, sales, hospitality, or customer service)
• Performance Bonuses:
• ₹4,000 after 2 months
• ₹4,000 after 4 months
• ₹4,000 after 6 months
• Additional Perks:
• Attractive incentives (₹3,000 – ₹15,000/month) for ticket sales & feedback collection

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage spot bookings and build rapport with passengers. ( earn Incentives)
• Promote and sell return journey tickets with discounts (earn incentives).
• Collect passenger feedback, ratings, and reviews. (earn incentives).
• Maintain accurate daily accounts.
• Coordinate with bus drivers and cleaning staff.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort (Smartbus equipped with toilets, GPS, internet).

📌 Candidate Requirements

• Age: 19 – 35 years (Male candidates only)
• Education: Minimum 10th grade, diploma, or equivalent (Intermediate/degree holders welcome)
• Availability: Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Skills: Customer service, hospitality, sales, good communicationa nd convincing skills and willingness to travel long distances
