Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Identify and connect with potential clients interested in real estate buying/selling.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads provided by the company.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property transactions.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales conversions, and follow-ups.
- Requirements:Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of sales experience are welcome.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Knowledge of the real estate market (added advantage).
- Should be comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and good at relationship building.
