Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in

CRM

Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant

properties.

Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures

Achieving the target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Proficient in both Hindi & English, and local language is an advantage


Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills

Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

A graduate from any discipline is preferred

1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.


Compensation, Perks and Benefits:

Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per

month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent

performers)

Earn 10% salary hike on target-based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3

months (Avg 1 deal/month)


5 Day work week

Earn ESOPs on every deal closed

Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets

Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible to manage teams.
