Job Description
Role: Business Development Associate
Eligibility:
- Any graduate / final-year student
- Freshers only
- Good communication skills
- Willing for field sales
Training & Salary:
- Month 1: Training period – ₹10,000 training pay (on target completion)
- From Month 2: Regular salary starts + incentives (4 - 5lpa )+50k year 1 bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet minimum 4 new clients daily
- Cold calling & lead generation
- Identify new business opportunities
- Present company services/products
- Achieve revenue targets
- Daily CRM updates & follow-ups
- Coordinate deal closure & onboarding
Working Days: Monday–Saturday (9 AM – 7 PM)
