Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tourist Visa Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting visa services, handling customer inquiries, guiding clients through the visa application process, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a good understanding of visa requirements and travel documentation.


  • Promote and sell tourist visa services to prospective clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding visa processes, required documents, fees, and timelines
  • Guide clients through the complete visa application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and online platforms
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion ratios
  • Maintain updated knowledge of visa rules, embassy requirements, and travel regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing of applications
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely updates to clients about the status of their applications
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field ((not mandatory)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa sales, travel agency sales, or a related field(not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills

  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle difficult queries professionally and confidently
