Business Development Associate

Job SummaryThe Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and increasing sales of elevator and lift solutions. The role involves market research, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for elevators, lifts, and modernization projects
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking
• Meet builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and property owners
• Promote Relicomp Elevators’ products and services (passenger lifts, goods lifts, home lifts, AMC, modernization)
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with design, production, installation, and service teams for project execution
• Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) records and sales reports
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Diploma in any discipline (MBA – Sales & Marketing preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales (elevator industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of elevator products, industry standards, and project-based sales
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in elevator, lift, construction, or real estate industry
• Existing network with builders, architects, and consultants
