 *Business Development Associate (BDA)* 

CTC: 4 LPA to 5 LPA

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales / Business

Development

Your growth happens every 3 months based purely on performance:

1)3 Closures in a Quarter 10% Salary Hike 

2)6 Closures in a Quarter 20% Salary Hike

Yes this is EVERY quarter.

 *INCENTIVE STRUCTURE* 

Your incentives are directly linked to the value you create:

Up to 5x of your monthly salary cost Incentive

1)5% Beyond 5x of your salary cost 40% Incentive.

2) More output exponentially higher rewards.
