Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Associate to join Haneeva Overseas Education. This role involves a mix of on-field engagement, relationship building, marketing coordination, and student interaction. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and passionate about the education industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges in and around Bengaluru to build and maintain strong relationships with HODs, Principals, Faculty and Placement Officers.
• Work actively on lead generation through college visits, events, seminars, and student interactions.
• Create marketing content for company advertisements, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Follow up with students met during college visits and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
• Be confident and prepared for on-stage presentations, seminars, and workshops in front of large student groups.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of counselling and admission processes.
• Support in planning and executing marketing activities, education fairs, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel across Bengaluru for college visits.
• Strong interest in marketing, student engagement, and business development.
• Basic knowledge of social media content creation and marketing trends.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
