Job Description

At Chitchaat, we’re building something exciting in the telecom space and we need sharp conversation-starters to help fuel that growth in Bangalore.

We’re looking for curious, confident conversation-starters who enjoy opening doors to new business opportunities. As a Lead Generation Executive, you’ll be the engine that powers our sales pipeline, researching prospects, reaching out to potential customers, and setting up meaningful conversations for our business teams across telecommunication.

If you like talking to people, spotting opportunities, and turning “maybe” into “let’s talk,” this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients, partners, and merchants
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
  • Qualify prospects and understand their business needs
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately
  • Track outreach efforts and report on lead status and conversion
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written
  • Comfortable speaking to new people and initiating conversations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email platforms
  • Goal-driven mindset with a healthy respect for targets
  • Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telecalling is a plus—but not mandatory
