📌 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and field visits

• Pitch company products/services to prospective clients and explain value propositions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) for smooth execution
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM systems

🎯 Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field

• 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer acquisition
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
