Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you’ll be at the forefront of Hommlie’s green initiative.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate and manage business partnerships with apartments, gated communities, and corporates for waste collection, segregation, and recycling solutions.

This role is ideal for dynamic individuals who are passionate about sustainability, love fieldwork, and want to grow with a fast-evolving eco-service startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new apartment complexes, societies, and commercial clients for Hommlie’s waste management services.
• Conduct field visits, presentations, and awareness sessions on sustainable waste management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations), facility managers, and developers.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to city-level growth plans.
• Maintain CRM entries, follow up on leads, and provide regular sales and market reports.
• Stay updated on government guidelines, waste management norms, and recycling initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12th pass or above can apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, field-readiness, and customer engagement.
• Interest or background in sustainability, recycling, or environmental services (preferred).
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
• Must own a bike and valid driving license.
