Job Description:

Academic Mentors as a Inside sales person who are in charge of kids' study improvement and maintains a good relationship with parents and children through WhatsApp messages and calls and get the users converted into long term leads (Inside sales)

Location: Bengaluru 

Qualification: Any Graduate 

Language: English and Hindi must 

CTC: 5LPA (50% Fixed and 50% Variable)

Responsibilities:

· Make sure students attend the session, finish the homework, and assist students in reviewing their progress, skills, and achievements. 

· Help students with their doubts and homework and provide the best support and get maximum satisfaction from users.

 · Monitoring the study performance of the student on a daily basis

 · Converting leads enrolled in short term course to long term course

 · Collates student study data and update parents on the week-to-week learning status of the students through Whatsapp messages and calls. 

. Converting the short term leads to long term leads.
