Crio.Do is a fast-growing tech learning platform helping aspiring professionals build real skills through hands-on, industry-relevant learning. We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven Business Development Executives to join our high-performance environment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective learners through calls, chats, and emails to understand their career goals and recommend the right learning programs.
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions to guide students on program fitment, learning paths, and outcomes.
  • Drive revenue through consultative sales by managing leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Crio.Do programs, curriculum, and value propositions.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach, conversions, and revenue.
  • Manage and track sales pipelines using internal CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and learner experience.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, support, customer interaction, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
