Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Associate to engage with high-intent professionals and guide them toward career growth through the right learning programs. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and the capability to close high-value deals while building long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement

  • Connect with working professionals who have expressed interest in our programs.
  • Understand their career goals, professional background, and learning needs.

Consultative Career Discussions

  • Conduct structured conversations to evaluate candidates’ experience and identify skill gaps.
  • Recommend the most suitable program aligned with their career aspirations.

Objection Handling & Value Communication

  • Address queries related to program fees, return on investment, and time commitment.
  • Clearly communicate the long-term value and career benefits of the program.

Revenue Ownership

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets through effective conversions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently track daily performance metrics.

Relationship Building

  • Build trust with prospective learners through meaningful conversations and personalized guidance.
  • Focus on long-term credibility and value-driven interactions rather than pressure-based selling.
