Business Development & Customer Relations Executive – Real Estate


Location: HSR Layout Sector 1, Bengaluru

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development & Customer Relations Executive to engage with prospective clients in the real estate sector. All leads will be provided by the company. Your role is to call these leads, explain our company concept and services clearly, answer basic queries, and coordinate with the senior team for the next steps. You will be handling around 30–40 calls per day. A free SIM card and laptop will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Call prospective clients from the leads provided by the company.
  • Explain the company’s services, process, and value proposition in a clear and professional manner.
  • Share basic project/property information with interested clients.
  • Maintain follow-up details and update call status regularly.
  • Coordinate with the senior sales team for scheduling meetings or site visits.
  • Ensure excellent customer interaction and maintain a positive brand image.


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Kannada & English; Hindi is a plus).
  • Experience in customer relations, business development, or tele calling preferred.
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly and handle customer queries.
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining call records.
  • Positive attitude, good listening skills, and customer-friendly approach.
