Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Engineer – HVAC to drive growth in our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical HVAC knowledge with sales and business development expertise to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and expand market presence.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC markets.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Submit techno-commercial proposals and follow up to close sales.

2. Technical Support & Solution Selling

  • Understand customer project requirements and recommend suitable HVAC systems.
  • Provide technical consultation on system selection, design support, and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams for proposal development.
  • Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.

3. Client & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, developers, and facility managers.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand evolving needs.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
