Key Responsibilities:

Communicate to prospective sellers to learn about their requirements, financial situation, and schedule.

To determine property values, carry out Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and market research.

Manage and conduct site visits for potential buyers.

Purchase agreements and contracts can be negotiated on behalf of clients.

To effectively counsel clients, and keep up with the latest legal requirements, market developments, and financing possibilities.

Oversee the entire sales process, from the first point of contact to the point of closure.

To give clients the best service possible, create and manage a network of experts that includes lenders, attorneys, and evaluators to provide exceptional service to clients.
