Job Description – Business Development & Client Engagement Executive

Experience: 3–6 Years (in Interiors / Modular Furniture / Architect Relations)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and polished Business Development & Client Engagement Executive to expand our client and

architect network.

The ideal candidate is passionate about design, confident in building relationships, and disciplined in following structured sales

processes.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and nurture relationships with architects, builders, and interior designers for project collaboration.


Handle client enquiries, schedule Experience Center visits, and manage presentations.


Work closely with the design team to prepare proposals and design concepts.


Conduct timely follow-ups with clients and ensure data accuracy in CRM.


Participate in weekly review meetings and maintain regular reporting discipline.


Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.


Contribute ideas to improve lead conversion and client experience.

Key Skills & Qualities


Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.


Experience in premium interiors / modular furniture industry is mandatory.


Self-driven and comfortable with targets and structured reporting.


Good understanding of design and space planning terminology.


Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (additional languages a plus).

Qualification


Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred: Interior Design, Marketing, or Business Management).


Prior experience in premium interiors, modular furniture, home automation, lighting, or other design-oriented luxury

products is preferred.


Strong understanding of client experience and high-value consultative selling.
