Role Overview


iPremium Care is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager to expand our business by tying up with startups and corporate organizations for their IT device maintenance and support services. The role also involves relationship management, CRM handling, and B2C coordination to drive long-term growth.


  • Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • 🔹 Business Development & PartnershipsIdentify and onboard startups, SMEs, and corporate clients for IT maintenance services
  • Establish tie-ups for Apple & Android device support, laptops, and IT hardware maintenance
  • Prepare and present service proposals, AMC plans, and maintenance contracts
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals


  • 🔹 Corporate Relationship
  • ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and startup clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing IT maintenance requirements
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service coordination


  • 🔹 IT Maintenance CoordinationCoordinate with technical teams for corporate IT support and maintenance services
  • Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to SLAs
  • Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules for corporate clients


  • 🔹 CRM & ReportingManage and update client data, leads, and service activities in the CRM system
  • Track business leads, conversions, renewals, and AMC follow-ups
  • Generate regular reports on business development activities and performance


  • 🔹 B2C HandlingSupport B2C operations by managing customer inquiries and service follow-ups
  • Coordinate between customers and technicians for smooth service experience
  • Upsell and cross-sell repair services, AMCs, and value-added offerings


  • Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales / IT Services (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in CRM handling and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, Apple/Android devices, or service industry is an advantage
  • Ability to manage both B2B and B2C operations efficiently
