Job Title: Business Development

Executive Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Department: Business Development / Sales

Reports to: Business Development Manager / Head of Sales


Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills, with a passion for achieving targets and expanding market presence.

  • Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads and follow up on prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Present and promote the company’s products/services to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and sales) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.


Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Retail, Luxury products.

  • Local market knowledge and willingness to travel when required.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
