Business Development Executive

1. System & Software Implementation

• Be a core part of implementing and adopting new software for the retail store
• Assist in a full overhaul of existing systems and workflows
• Help create, document, and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Ensure smooth day-to-day usage of systems by store staff

2. Daily Operations & Financial Reporting

• Prepare daily reports on store operations and finances
• Track sales, expenses, inventory movement, and key metrics
• Maintain clean and accurate data records

3. Online Business & Lead Generation

• Help build and grow the online side of the retail pharmacy
• Generate leads through digital platforms and local outreach
• Be involved in the sales funnel, including lead tracking and follow-ups

4. Business Growth & Innovation

• Suggest and test new ideas to bring in customers and increase sales
• Explore partnerships, promotions, and new customer acquisition channels
• Continuously analyze what works and improve processes
