  • Act as a single point of contact during pre-sales and transition phase

  • 5. Transition & Mobilization SupportCoordinate with operations team for smooth takeover of sites
  • Support in Technical Due Diligence (TDD), asset verification, and HOTO process
  • Ensure proper scope alignment during mobilization
  • 6. Market Intelligence & StrategyMonitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands
  • Provide inputs for service improvement and new business strategies
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • 7. Revenue & Target AchievementAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and conversion ratio
  • Ensure timely closure of deals and billing initiation
  • 8. Documentation & ReportingMaintain records of leads, proposals, and contracts
  • Submit regular MIS reports on sales pipeline and closures
  • Ensure all agreements and compliance documents are in place
