- 4. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Act as a single point of contact during pre-sales and transition phase
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement
- 5. Transition & Mobilization SupportCoordinate with operations team for smooth takeover of sites
- Support in Technical Due Diligence (TDD), asset verification, and HOTO process
- Ensure proper scope alignment during mobilization
- 6. Market Intelligence & StrategyMonitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands
- Provide inputs for service improvement and new business strategies
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- 7. Revenue & Target AchievementAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and conversion ratio
- Ensure timely closure of deals and billing initiation
- 8. Documentation & ReportingMaintain records of leads, proposals, and contracts
- Submit regular MIS reports on sales pipeline and closures
- Ensure all agreements and compliance documents are in place
- Key Skills RequiredStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Facility/Property Management services (MEP, housekeeping, security, STP, etc.)
- Commercial acumen and contract understanding
