Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) for the Loans Department will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting the organization’s loan products. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven track record in sales or business development within financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the personal, business, and/or home loan segments.
• Approach potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable loan solutions.
• Assist clients with the loan application process, documentation, and follow-ups.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Provide insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with internal teams (underwriting, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless loan processing.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
