Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek new business opportunities to generate leads and convert them to Yulu customers through on-field networking, social media, and other channels.
• Implement standard operating procedures to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new customers.
• Partner with resident welfare associations (RWAs), dark stores, ride-on boarding centres, and other strategic partners to increase the number of customers on the Yulu platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
