🕒 **Shift:** 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 9 Hours Working | Rotational Week Off

💰 **CTC:** ₹25,000

💵 **Take Home:** ₹24,500

🔥 **Incentives:** Up to **₹1,00,000 Per Month** (Performance Based)

✅ **Eligibility:** Minimum **6 Months Insurance Experience (Mandatory)**

⚡ **Role:** Inside Sales – Health Insurance

* Outbound & inbound calls to sell health insurance policies

* Explain policy benefits, coverage & claims process

* Convert leads into **successful policy sales**

* Recommend suitable insurance plans to customers

* Follow up with leads and **close sales aggressively**

* Achieve **daily / weekly / monthly targets**

* Assist customers with documentation & policy purchase
