Job Description:

We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Executive who is passionate about technology and sales. This role is crucial for identifying new opportunities, driving company growth, and ensuring client success by proposing suitable IT solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and propose solutions
  • Prepare project proposals, presentations, and scope of work documents
  • Collaborate with internal tech teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Explore and bid for relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms
  • Assist in negotiations, deal closing, and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field (female candidates only)
  • Basic understanding of software development, web/mobile apps, and IT infrastructure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Eager to learn about business development, sales, and technology
